Chuck Norris vs. Sean Hannity

Chuck Norris is pretty awesome. He doesn't try to dodge questions or avoid admitting when he is wrong. It makes him a very honest and convincing advocate for Mike Huckabee. This interview is more entertaining than informative, but we thought it was well worth watching.

Duncan Hunter Gives Boost to Huckabee

Today the Huckabee campaign gained a huge boost in credibility among true conservatives with the endorsement of former presidential candidate Duncan Hunter. Get all the details over at CNN:

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2008/01/23...

Hunter: "Mike Huckabee is a man of outstanding character and integrity. I saw that character over the last year of campaigning and was greatly impressed. The other Republican candidates have many strengths and I wish them all well."

Duncan Hunter never gained much support during his presidential run, but his endorsement still carries a lot of weight on the national news scene. For the Huckabee campaign this is another big sign of revival, although he still holds a strong second place in national polling.

Perhaps the most ironic factor of this endorsement has to do with Ann Coulter. She has been one of Duncan Hunter's biggest fans. The interesting part is that she has also been one of Huckabee's strongest critics. Obviously this endorsement is turning into an awkward moment for her. But perhaps is may serve as an encouragement for her to reconsider her misinformed disappointed of Huckabee.

Now What?

Huckabee had it right in his speech last night...

Not WHAT IF, but WHAT NOW

You must return to this blog on Monday night. We are in the process of writing an extremely important article. There is a wealth of unrecognized factors from the results of the South Carolina Primary yesterday. Huckabee's narrow loss is a sad thing, but it is not bad!

We urge you not to fall for any of the media's rhetoric about Huckabee's second place finish until you read this upcoming blog post we are preparing. You will not want to miss it!

H&C Interview with Huckabee

Mike Huckabee was on Hannity & Colmes tonight. Watch how he wisely refuses to engage divisive questions. I love the part where he compares the issues they are bringing up to the reason Washington is broken!

Huckabee Heckler Video

Earlier we posted a link to an article describing how Huckabee handled a heckler at one of his events. Well, we managed to find a video of it:

Setting the Record Straight

Much more than usual lately, Huckabee has been bringing up Mitt Romney's record. In one sense this is necessary when you are being dishonestly represented, but I think he should scale back a little more to his previous style of taking the high ground and focusing on getting out his own message (the reason he surged).

It was obvious from Iowa that Romney's million dollar negative assault had little affect (along with the negative slant of the media as well). I want to urge you Governor Huckabee to be very careful moving forward. Remember it is the way you have conducted yourself in the past that has brought you to this point, not any newer strategies.

Nevertheless, Mike Huckabee in this interview with CNN does an excelent job of cleaning up some of the negative impressions that have been attached to him recently by his opponents and the press.

We would like to hear your comments on this.

CNN Interview with Mike Huckabee

Mike Huckabee seems to have been in a unique mood during this interview. You will literally soak up every sentence. Throughout the course of several questions he conclusively buries the hatchet on pretty much every ridiculous charge that has been laid against him over the last month. It might be perfect for sharing with skeptical friends.

Byron York: Huckabee Hits the Target

This article gives some very interesting details and background behind the Mike Huckabee Christmas message video we posted yesterday. You will be very surprised to learn how it all came together. Reading this made me love it that much more!

http://article.nationalreview.com/?q=ZDA5MzkyYzY3...

If you were not aware, there has been a wave of cynicism, particularly in the media, over this simple Christmas ad. I even remarked yesterday about how refreshing it was. But it did not take the press one day to start coming up with accusations that the television spot had some deep strategic political meaning.

Sometimes I wish I could ask reporters this: if someone actually wanted to just mean what they say, how else would they say it? The press does not get along with Mike Huckabee because he doesn't fit the mold of the politicians they are use to dealing with.

It is bewildering how Huckabee has had the character to hold himself in good tone throughout all these blatant misrepresentations of his record. In the interview below I think Mike actually "broke open" a little bit about his sincere frustration with all that he's been going through. But it came out in a compassionate frustration, rather than an angry one. It was a really neat moment to watch.

Merry Christmas from Mike Huckabee

Here is a really neat video from the Huckabee campaign. I am deeply impressed how Mike Huckabee is not afraid to mention Christ as the true meaning of Christmas (which is true, but not politically correct).

Regardless of whether you are a Christian, you can admire the way Mike Huckabee is genuine about his faith. It shows dedication. So many politicians would run from their religion to help their campaign.

I appreciate the way that Mike is willing to say he believes some things and exercises his wonderful American freedom just like the rest of us. Running for president has not changed him a bit.

Merry Christmas!
